As early as 2008 the foundations were set in place for the group as it exists today, APH Electrics Ltd, SEMAPH and GC8 Energy were established to set up with a view to developing ‘Microgrids’.
We search for suitable premises and then survey the eligibility for our group to be able to lease commercial roofs, install solar systems free of charge, pay to lease the roof and then sell the energy we produce to make money, but unlike other ‘Microgrid’ providers we share in our good fortune based on what we achieve with our export revenue, we call this ‘Conscious Capitalism’.
Because we are involved in projects across the UK and we use different installers we went a step further and developed a register of approved renewable product installers, who have their references, financial status and accreditations rigorously scrutinised and investigated before being approved. There are also checks and balances in place to ensure continuous compliance.
It was important for our business to use accredited installers and ensure the quality of the workmanship was up to our exacting standards and we are pleased to help those installers acquire contracts elsewhere.
Even if we cannot utilise a space for the groups aims, we also link residential and commercial customers with installers. Which solar system to choose based on your requirements can be a minefield.
We can match your requirements with an accredited installer, providing reliable, tested products for a reasonable price. We will narrow your search down to 3 local installers and then you can decide which one is the most suitable for your project.
