Any installer wishing to appear on the register agrees to undergo rigorous financial and industry accreditation scruting along with having to provide details of installs and references.

We always ensure that any complaints raised by a customer are thoroughly investigated first and once we are satisfied that it is a genuine complaint, the installer is suspended immediately whislt subject of a review.
Diligence
On the registration anniversary of an installer joining the register we carry out a due diligence review as if they were joining for the first time to ensure that the finances of the installer are sound and that all of the accrediations are still current.
Removal
If an installer is found to have carried out rogue practices, have lost their accreditation or has failed our due diligence on annual review they are removed immemdiately from our register.
Customer Charter
Whilst our revenue is generated from installers advertising on the register, it is not our sole income and the reputation of the register lies with the credibility of the installers and customer satisfaction.
